Functions are our passion, be it a birthday, engagement, anniversary, retirement, or corporate function. OUR VENUE has four halls to choose from, each one unique in style to suit different guest numbers:

The Kingfisher is our biggest hall and caters for large functions (minimum of 100 and a maximum of 350 guests). This hall has a fully draped ceiling with fairy lights.

The Hadida is by far the most popular hall. It is ideal for a cozy function with family and friends to a maximum of 100 guests. This hall has white stripped draping and fairy lights.

The Woodpecker comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests for a relaxed get together. The hall has a rustic reed ceiling with pendant lights and a cosy fireplace for cold winter days.The Woodpecker is ideal for a morning or mid-day function as the hall does not offer dance space.

The Loerie is ideal for small intimate functions with a maximum of 40 guests. Yes! We are happy to host a function for 15 guests. This hall has stone coloured curtains with a high gum pole pine roof. The Loerie is ideal for a morning or mid-day function as the hall does not offer dance space.

Our own River Stone Chapel is beautifully appointed and a great addition to the venue. The Chapel has a high thatched roof with river stone buttresses and wooden chairs that can be arranged to accommodate any number of guests up to a maximum of 250. We have an organ inside and an old-fashioned brass bell outside.

Our beautiful Gardens and Timber Deck are ideal for small intimate functions such as showers, birthdays or outside wedding ceremonies. The garden offers several options such as the lapa, the garden terrace or the river terrace. Our large Timber Deck is situated on the banks of the Klip River overlooking the river and old train bridge. A suitable sized hall will be kept on back-up in case of bad weather.
